You work hard but other peoples takes credits of your work. Reporting method is fully wrong. Example- executive have to report to his under level engineer.

Company Work culture. No promotion even after you are Handling and Work as Leading position. Promotion and Rating Changes Done By HR and Given to HR Relatives even after they are not Capable and don't know there work. (Need HR to work like HR)

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is daily new challenges are come and i like to solve it .

Overall company is very good but salary is not dependents on talent . On the job training not given to new joinees
