Very rude employer. They have started working in the month of April-20 without any social distancing and cut the salary 30-50% from April to December 20 even after making good growth in profits and sales from May-20.

1) Layoff two times in year 2024 2) Increment is not base on performance, meanwhile after resigned varroc was gave hike. 3) Culture very bad 4) No work satisfaction along with no work base on employee profile 5) Notice period 3 month mandatory and it's not negotiable 6) System not smoothly work due employee not satisfaction work culture and financial group 7) R&D HR need take appointment for meeting him 8) Canteen facility very poor

Short fall days payout facility not available. b) Year end review not based on performance c) It's based on politics, bad work Culture d) Canteen facility very poor e) punch in time very strictly and it's deducted from leaves. f) Not working as job profile g) Not any training provided h) 2 time layoff by varroc in one month and no any advance information i) No based on system work
