Good culture and environment. Company policies are good. And give good salary for employees.... all functions are celebrat . work satisfaction is good. Overall experience is excellent....

No good communication and understanding power ....salary is decent but career growth is slow....on the job training is not given to new joiners.

HR policies are not good and can't expect good hike (no hike as per year's of Experience) and at the end need to switch organization due to not good increment, if you have good current package then only think to join varroc.

... too and seniors are too good with me and help for learn extra about field work.No job security there career growth were poor,salary were poor.There are more politics between some union members,work environment were good.

I dislike there union unity and their behaviour of some peoples.

The company is open to innovation & adopts latest technology in manufacturing every parts with world class quality.I am enterily happily working with varroc family.
