Short fall days payout facility not available. b) Year end review not based on performance c) It's based on politics, bad work Culture d) Canteen facility very poor e) punch in time very strictly and it's deducted from leaves. f) Not working as job profile g) Not any training provided h) 2 time layoff by varroc in one month and no any advance information i) No based on system work

Company Work culture. No promotion even after you are Handling and Work as Leading position. Promotion and Rating Changes Done By HR and Given to HR Relatives even after they are not Capable and don't know there work. (Need HR to work like HR)

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
