The company pays the lowest, made whole staff work on Independence day too which is a national holiday. They fire people before they have to give them and raise. The worst is the bathroom breaks in between are also count in 60 minute break in a day, they keep a watch if someone is taking too long they check in the bathroom. When two colleague talk, the manager comes and ask if something happen. It was a exploitation of worker rights and no human basic freedom. They fire people without any notice too. Before moving to new location of their new office instead of telling staff they fired whole staff.
