I got very bad experience with varna group of companies. I have worked for them for around 2 months. In between i came to use my personal number for the work. They gave me company contact number after few week. Now so many people are misusing my personal number. I gave complaint to HR department they replied me like its my responsibility to say job consultancy for not use my personal number. They not ready to give at least an update to their regular recruiting consultancies about this. When am working they are not at all supportive. They told me to do a portion of job and when it comes the preparation of ipi they are saying that, the work i have done is not the job what i need to be done. HR manager itself saying that she have no time to explain all this things to me. When preparing ipi they really insulted me. If you are planning to work with varna make sure that you ready to face discrimination among employees, not valuing your effort and hardwork, insulting among others. They actually put their faults to our head.
