Honestly I never liked anything about Varma Capital. There's no job security because all the pressure is given on your head and you have to show performance in 3 months or you will be fired. No one should work with this kind of pressure. There were employees who worked for our US based company and they took late night calls and meetings after staying for 8 hrs in the office. Anyone would go mad doing it daily. And just for context everyone in the office stayed 20-25 kms away from office and travelling that much in Bangalore traffic is a nightmare and after that they had to extra work. But management never did anything. We have our pet clinic in Yelahanka and to travel their they never compensated us.

Dislikes

They will make you do your personal work and not reimburse even the traveling cost and this happened with an intern! I was not fired, because I had left before they could do anything. Even the pet clinic doctors had left because they do this with everyone. This was the worst experience of my life. I was not able to work at full capacity. They always try to pull you down to their level. If you have hired a professional then you should listen to the professional. I think this company needs a leader. Currently there are employees who are trying to survive by pulling others down. I feel for my ex employees who have gone through or are going through their 3-Month firing scheme. I hope the company learns something and try to improve themselves.
