Compensation is below the average pay what one get in the market. The pressure is very high. Lack of juniors, so that you end up doing all the entry level work. There is no appreciation of the work done. One will have no idea about the future prospect of the employer. Growth is very slow.

The extend of support received from the partners and other audit managers are so good. They provided proper guidance and also helps in learning and clearing doubts in each matters. Also helps us to build a professionalism in our work and with in us. Even the seniors are so helpful and other staffs too.

Excellent audit work exposure at top corporates in variety of industries. Good work ethics and training by managers/partners.

Dislikes

The stipend for articles is the minimum as per ICAI but non article staff has decent pay so it is overall good.

We used to work in teams for many audits.The rapport built in between the team-members made me realize that the fruits of a team work would be the sweetest.We were used to handle multiple audit assignments.The assignments ranged from statutory audits to compliance framework checks.The 3 years of my articleship made me develop my skills best suited for a chartered accountant.

Dislikes

The stress we would feel when we work on peak seasons is that I dislike the most.But we were able to manage stress to an extent.
