Compensation is below the average pay what one get in the market. The pressure is very high. Lack of juniors, so that you end up doing all the entry level work. There is no appreciation of the work done. One will have no idea about the future prospect of the employer. Growth is very slow.

The extend of support received from the partners and other audit managers are so good. They provided proper guidance and also helps in learning and clearing doubts in each matters. The stipend for articles is the minimum as per ICAI but non article staff has decent pay so it is overall good.

We used to work in teams for many audits.The rapport built in between the team-members made me realize that the fruits of a team work would be the sweetest.We were used to handle multiple audit assignments.The assignments ranged from statutory audits to compliance framework checks.The 3 years of my articleship made me develop my skills best suited for a chartered accountant.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
