The salary and other benefits are not fixed and keep varying, there is no clearly defined goals and objectives and most importantly there is no job security

There is nothing to be liked there. Be happy with whatever they give you until they kick you out. They have nothing to offer you.

This is not an organisation, just a placement agent who hold your salary which u get from the organisation where u r providing ur service and keep their commission then they will pay after a week every month. There is no appraisal, no salary hike, no manager who u can even talk about any issues. It's not a company!

Like other companies,contractor must provide one month severance package.Also as Contractor USA And other countries,we must get best package. Thanks

Overall company has enough opportunities if an individual has their own capabilities to grab the opportunity because from management/HR's end, there will be no proper support.
