I worked as Dental surgeon for different dental clinics in Haldwani, Panchkula, Gurgaon. My main role was to provide appropriate treatment and guidelines to the patients. The work environment in all clinics waa in symbiosis and harmony with all team members which include senior dentists, junior dentists and dental assitants. Skill enhancement and and progress were main goals.

Dislikes

...tal surgeon. Working hours sometimes reached 10 hrs a day with no compensations. My other roles with same salary were to carry out phone calls to patients, confirming their appointments, etc.

Visit Different countries, Got lots of people connection , living in Different situations, learning new language, Adjusting with different cultures, New traveling experience, Adjust with local food , learn different management policies, work with different environment.. ect

Dislikes

Some superior looking only his own benefits. Some superior not minded Experienced people ideas. Without proper planning losses. Misuse designation.
