The management always had excuses, but employees were stuck with stagnant pay at the end of the day, which only added to the frustration. The work culture under Biren Karani's leadership was incredibly demotivating. Feedback was often given in an abusive and harsh manner, making employees feel undervalued and unappreciated. He gives special treatment and privileges to certain employees regardless of their actual performance. This created a toxic environment, Where it was clear that promotions and recognition were based on personal relationships rather than merit Varie Valves Pvt Ltd under Biren Karani's leadership is not a place where you will feel valued or respected. The Toxic work culture, Micro-Management, and lack of career growth make it extremely difficult to stay motivated. The company emphasizes on the freedom of work. The work is not contracted on a particular task algorithm. We get lot of new projects and opportunities to work with ,which develops our skills , knowledge and decision taking ability . The company's atmosphere is very nice and staff is very supportive. The organization provides good carrier boosting opportunities and always focuses on educating the employees with modern learning experiences. During my tenure , I was successfully able to complete many projects and new developments , which gives me immense work satisfaction.

for such a reputed firm in the Valve manufacturing industry , I am expecting an expanded premise for a more vast setup.

good learning. good scope to grow. location is next to metro station. so commuting time is eased out. though trainings are good they need to be more frequent.
