Dirty politics by directors Close people to director get promotion without any work, few people reachout director regularly, going too close and doing unnecessary non work related activities like cricket etc will definitely get promotions.

Varian was good until the merger between Siemens healthineers. Now since this merger happened there is nothing good as such.

My reviews more applicable for Support guys like, Azur Admin, Windows and VMware, Storage, database team. First of all now this is not Varian, it is Seimens healthineers. Varian was very good and very nice culture and there was work life balanced. Now since this merger every thing messed up. How things get worst when there is some cheap mentality Indian who runs the project or company is best example of this company now. In this company HR is only for hire the candidate, that's it. Currently this project is running on 50% of support engineer. Currently this is company to whom who doesn't care about health and work life balanced. Since January 23, 4 managers have left the company, one Linux engineer, 2 storage and backup engineers, 1 from Asure team, 2 from exchange and application team and 1 from windows and VMware team. Now think what kind of management is there.

It was employee friendly organisation before it’s taken by Siemens

After take over new management is kind of lazy not acting on attrition’s or no action against mid management failed decisions. HR not employee centric.

i got interviewed only one round of technical webex interview ,they almost asked mostly on my resume skills and my previous experience job roles depends questions and basic desktop support and technical helpdesk support related questions and active directory related questions and finally got selected
