Working with Tata brand is good and surrounded by a lot of friends. Leave you will get more than enough. But I hope working with Tata will give me more heights in life.

Dislikes

Company has limited exposure and initial salary is comparatively less with other companies of same field. Work-life balance everyone will talk but no one will follow you have to complete the task then you can take rest. Cafeteria just one meal will be available either you like it or not you have eat that only. No extra benefits not even a sweet for Diwali and Dhasera.

...There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

Dislikes

Management expect employees to work odd hours and overtime without compensation. The annual appraisal process is not dependent on the performance. HR department is not employee friendly, provide little support.

1. It depends on the project to which you get allocated if you get the project of your interest it would be great else you will not be motivated. 2. Good talent to work with.
