Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readiy adopts lates technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that's maintenance, and have numbers of plants in India.Pluse point that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Copensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attand maintenance and commissioning/moveing machinery and audit documents prepared in late night.Manager do not value an individuals. Unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the ttime.I do receive appreciation e-mails from my engineers companies. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
