I will rate it 5/5. Too many things to learn, working 3yrs in VMMC boost my knowledge & confidence to utmost level. Each cases which I read in books, I found in VMMC. Consultants are knowledgeable & very co-operative. Collogues are also very helpful. It is my pleasure to work in VMMC.. And want to thanks VMMC for all I learnt from here.

Dislikes

Some procedures are not given by faculty to juniors like fiberoptic intubation, USG guided blocks.. the faculties used to do these them self... Otherwise VMMC is a very nice place to work,to learn, to boost confidence

Flagship hospital of central government with best in class doctors and facilities and good infrastructure.Patirmts get free consultation and treatment

Rude behaviour of Admin staff and auxiliary staff and their laxity in their work

Consultant and PG are helpful, give you proper guidelines to do work and me your work environment much happier.

Government set up always have some cons which may be ignorable or not depend upon human adaptability to words your workplace.

as it is such a huge hospital so lots of things to learn. many procedures and others things related to medicine available here. so as a work experience it is a nice place to learn

Dislikes

the thing which i dislike most is . ..they dont provide stipend to externs during internship. i dont know why only interns getting stipend of 23500 rs and interns getting nothing. we are facing huge financial problem . .special in this covid crisis. seriously such a terrible thing
