Unnecessary hustle. Unprofessional HR with zero knowledge of HR management. Less salary and only sycophants will get the benefits. Some managers have zero knowledge of their work still getting maximum benefits because they are close one's of top management.

The Operations team was good, but above that the management consider you as a slave.

...time. No one considers the effort the employee put to the growth of the company. Always the management ends up in the decision of "Cut/hold his salary" .
