They gave pre-recorded modules to grasp information or teachings from. Interaction with superiors was very average. They connected with interns only once or twice during the initial days of the internship.

They give training about the topics we work on initially, Further with some time period as a deadline, they give assessments called Smart Tasks. We have to do some practical works to meet their Smart Task requirements. but they are friendly and always help to any extent. But they are punctual in their deadlines of submitting the Smart Tasks. If we do better, we can also receive a Letter of recommendation from the Head of Vardhan Consulting Engineers.
