... to all units....But a direct recruited freasher do not get all these.. thinks.. , he don't even get the same package also. And one thing that the facilities provided by Vardhaman are not same in all work location

Work culture and benevolent companions.

Dislikes

Package is not satisfying with their brand image.Offering one of the lowest package to candidates.Experienced is preferred over Talent.package is much below the industry standards.

Looms spare parts available on time. Experience increasing to make Various quality of fabric.

Dislikes

In mahavir spinning mills, partiality observe between male & female staff. Increment & promotion are less in loom shed as compare with female & maintenance team. Threatened to be fired in each mistake by management.

I worked at Vardhman special Steel Limited full-time for 1 year and 3 months.About my view it was good to start my Career and for experienced sum Good Lead to help me for grow up for personally and Professionally
