...denied the leave and for approval he require medical certificate for single day. Salary hike are not done yearly they only give salary hike after one and half yr and hike is about for 500 rs p.m. salary. No respect for technical person,, no sandwich leaves you taken there weekly off is on Friday, if you take leave on Saturday or Thursday your Friday will automatically cut, salary structure is not given and explain at the time of joining, as a pharmaceutical industry lack of cleaning, zero ratings for cleaning and product maintenance. Owner response is rude even he don't listen the problems of employee, at the time of joining they deduct some amount from your salary as a security deposit (this is the first company where I have seen this type of deduction) and it will only return to you if you give your 2 years to this company and at the time of resignation they don't finalise your full and final settlement, you have to take follow-up for your money otherwise they don't give you your FNF and there is no guarantee that your settlement is done immediately, it may take 06, months, 1 yr and who knows. Skill development is zero, for freshers it will be good but my suggestions is look for better, and for experience person please don't ever join this organization. There are a lot reasons to not to work in this toxic environment.

I got an opportunity to work as a QA manager here for the first time and gained lots of experience and exposure to all the department and aspects of the factory. Got aquented with HVAC system and overall working of the factory. Got aquented with quality audits of local FDA and WHO and clients quaily audit.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not good ,do not include minimum basic facilities. Hirarchy is not defined. Job description is not defined.No measurable assessment for increament.
