Overall Varat Pump is a good company for fresheres, approx. after 3 years you will definitely get a good deal on other companies. I will always say after 3 to 4 years when you get any call you must switch, otherwist this company will break tour spine.

...unlawful. Several months notice period and bond. HR department is very volatile. Salary disbursement 2nd or 3rd week. Company will hold your salary of the notice period during resignation.
