So many dislikes about the company. 1. Loads of Work Pressure 2. Less appraisal 3. No Training after joining the company 4. No Skill Improvement classes 5. No growth 6. Back Bitching in the HO 7. Lots of politics. Regret that i joined this company. Join if you wants to ruin your career.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
