Best Management one who treat Workforce as One family! to plan,achieve, lead, develop, customer satisfaction, Innovative, continual work culture improvement. Skilled ,Qualified , & Coopeative Departmental head's. Skilled creative staff & workforce. Looking forward to develop Product Machining instead of outsourcing. Good and Environmental sufficient space for expansion . Can expect best future inforthcoming year's!

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
