...e you any day without any compensation. 2. Very less appraisal or no appraisal. And they are giving old employee very less appraisal and hiring new person with higher salary. 3. Partiality b/w existing employee & new employee, and they will give more importance to new employee. 4. Higher management playing dirty politics with old employee. 5. When appraisal time near then they start crying that we are going in loss and delay in appraisal 3-6 months or no appraisal.

Their Hiring process is so Illogical They will give you aptitude test in 1st round ( logical ,reasoning, grammar and all ) and these are basic questions from their point of view. What If they are basics or not ? Am I preparing for govt. exams I'm saying that I don't know the table of 2, so what... Is it disturbing my skills, my position. are they judging my skills according to my profile or wanted to know that how I passed my 10th, 12th and graduation. They want to hire an IAS officer and provide graphic designing job.... so illogical An actor should be good in acting not in IQ You can't judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree...
