Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... this company for 1 month and immediately they terminated me without any reason. They didn't give my salary too. I have requested many times to the HR and concerned department to give my salary and there is no response from there side. I am going to move legally against this scam. Our society should not allow scammers like this to survive.

Owner Drunken, Cigarettes, Misbehaves, Fraud, Money eating, Fake Company. Owner is only know the how to use a girl for his physical need. Fatty elephant looking like a monster. They used girl and didn't give money after taking hard work from them.
