There is a lot of politics & issues which are around us...... Bad system of security...

It's infrastructure most, the whole corridor stinks like toilet due to low and extreme cost cutting. Unhygienic toilet, drinking water station just outside the toilet and most misbehaving facility staffs.

Some of the teammates are nice and students are good at their work

...il career growth and appraisal. Negative work environment due to some teammates. They give very less salary but expectations are very high. Very less holidays even no off on Gazzeted holidays

They paid average salary and not much more appraisal expected... difficult to maintain work-life balance.less training and no job security.

There is nothing to like in Vanasthali Public school. They only knows how to use employees as a daily wages labour.

There is no rule & regulations even the school management doesn't care about District Magistrate's holiday orders for the safety of students. No gazetted holidays for the whole year.
