...Politics goes on all the time. 3. Work culture will be totally inappropriate. 4. People do not have job security, all of a sudden they will arrange a meeting and say that they lost business in USA and would send us out with 15 days salary. I have seen people crying out and moving from company. 5. There are many master minds who do not use in talent in business rather they use it with employees and send them out. 6. If you can manage at any circumstances with or without salary you can definitely join this company.

Transparency between the Management and the Employees, understanding the difficulties of a employee in regards to the process and providing appropriate help/solution to improvise.

Till you are in the job they act like good, When they don't like they will just throw off even a best employer

Totally waste company, They treat employee like a dog, when to get hike they will say no job you can try in other Company just sent out.

I loved working at Vanan Online Services as I had the opportunity to be myself, was provided opportunities to explore a lot of things. It was more of an environment where you could try different things and see what works best by doing things such as hypothesis testing, etc...

Dislikes

Overall it was a great experience, the only improvement area is to provide a glide path over a period of time.
