Senior Management have no idea how to run the business partiality,lack of knowledge no leadership skill nor idea of running a retail business, pata nahi kya karte hain baithe baithe always trying to buy time and safeguard own self by hook or crook.

It's very bad experience of this company, Am working 4 years with company, No appraisal of any employee, no increment, and after resignation still am waiting F&F last 3 months, still not received.... It's worst and third class company of Raipur chhattisgarh city....

No increment, fake company policy, bad behaviour of both director, no employee welfare, very bad company for production, maintenance, sales , HR department etc. paneer , curd etc is making by vegetables oil , some chemical
