Work life balance , work culture everything is good .. i am working with this organisation from last 1 year .. as per my experience i can say that valvoline is good option if you want to balance your personal and professional life .. no weekend work, day shift..

Salary hike , holidays.. in my profile i am not getting indian holidays nor US holidays.. only comp offs ..

Salary Capping is their to every band , If your increments is over then the capping then the increment amount will not be part of your salary package. The annual increment will come as sun of lum sum amount come to your account, For example: If package is Rs 100 and increment is 10 % so the amount is 10 Rs so you package will be 110 but they said it’s capped to a band so 10 rs will come to your account and package remains. Same.
