HR is missing. they just do what is being told bby senior leadership. no promotions for performance. you can save job if you are expert inc hamchagiri but not by work. they won't tell you hiddne exploutantin charges before joining. just now came with policy of forcing employees to buy IT assets at exhobirant costs or they will be repucurssions. there is always atmoshpere of fear amongst employees. no one is allowed to raise any voice. all internal committes leak the information and there is zero confidence. there is zero transparency in salaries, promotion, perfromance benchamrking etc.
Only by name it is MNC, its pure Lala type company controlled by 3-4 person. HR head/Legal Head are like the puppet controlled by remote. If you will be able to convince those Lalas' ( like few unprofessional people who are on top position as on date) your life will be settled. Company is having some senseless/useless policies. Like Laptop policy, I worked only 3-4 months there and need to purchase the Laptop forcefully @ 90K whose market value is 74K forcefully. Supporting staff does not have nay respect (Except the big shots) in this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
Except compensation there is nothing in that organisation.
No respect to talent. Only buffer your CLT then your job is secure.
Only politics.. I have seen performers when they expect promotion they will be asked to leave.
Such a waste organisation except for their compensation
