Non technical persons will teach you professionalism from their perspective only when they required. Otherwise no professionalism will be followed with you during work. You will not get any proper documentation from HR team. Infact there is no HR team. Any time you can get termination.

The management is the worst part of the company. No matter how hard you work for the company, you will end up getting scolded and humiliated. Even though you have capabilities and knowledge you will always feel demotivated after starting to work there.

Company work enviornment is pathetic, almost 2-3 employees left the company every month. Owner has no peofessionalism, uses slang language while talking with managers, executives and workers. The company don't follow iso & api practices. all standards are only on paper and at the time of audit
