some of higher position people like TL'S and HR's are not that much mature .(am not saying about everyone).they need improve their maturity levels.i respect them and one request dn't blindly blame employees because of wt TL's saying.this was only remark other wise it was one of best company.

Firstly i would talk about the Boss of the organisation, he's talented, cool, enthusiastic, a role model a inspiration to others, I have never seen such boss, and he supports in each and every steps for career growth he is very supportive, then overall team and colleagues are good and helpful

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
