I liked the fact that they gave me space and time enough to prepare for my lessons. Colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

They don't provide you with job security, as for the ongoing pandemic, they were pretty unprofessional in their approach of ensuring you with financial assistance. Only during troubling times do you get to know who your real friend is.

Likes

8 hours job. Can keave once your shift is over. The students will make your work meaningful and memorable. No prrssure.

Dislikes

The TCs ( training coordinators ) can be unreasonable and egoistic. You can get targetted. A small slip up like why did you sit for 5 mins and take class can be blown out of proportion.

Likes

The work environment is entirely professional and every procedure has been documented. The freedom to try new and innovative methods of teaching is the best part. The company appreciates all the effort that a trainer makes. The trainers are given the option to work full-time or part-time and there are 3 shifts available. This ensures a good work-life balance. The added advantage is the close knit team one gets to work with at Valuepoint
