Everything in here starting from work culture to compensation to work life balance to career progression,you won't find any only people who can not their head to their managers will get all the benefits from good rating to onsite opportunities and higher pay hikes.

Good work life balance along with good compensation.

Nothing much only one suggestion for on-site employees. Company should plan properly for on-site employees and share all plans with employees so that they can plan their journey accordingly.

Job is too secure. They will never pressurize you for work. Appraisals will be in single digit, much below market average. No innovation and they will curse you if you do anything out-of-the box. They don't want any upliftment and want no change.

...g years, loose their skillset and be a non productive asset/ liability for them. After last working day, they will keep delaying the Salary, will never attend your calls, infact they will cut your calls and when they will send the Salary, there will be unnecessary LOPs and other deductions.

Peak level micromanagement. We have fill out our work hours for each task in excel every day to the minute detail. No Work life balance. Lot of politics . No support from manager when there is bad client.

No job security.if you are not tagged to any project,they will force to keep resignation and pay only 3months basic salary. They will not even give an opportunity .and the firing process is immediate.
