Worst managers. Too much favouritism. Most of the managers are long term employees of the company and they don’t have any ethics or eligibility. They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes

I don't like that they do not provide any extra benefits like bonus, gifts festive celebrations, team tours no other any extra and co-curricular activities

It is a service based company works in insurance domain. Has mixed technologies depending upon the project. Learning & development department is very good.

You don't get any other perk apart from salary Old kind of work culture

... But there will be no skills wise development. We can learn insurance that's it. Salary wise hikes wise it is fine ..if you work good and show urself good, you wil have a improvement in salary.

If you want to wfh ...you wil have to give fake reasons like I'm sick and all they wil not listen if you genuinely tells them the truth. I think not only here it is everywhere like that.
