...Load per person might be high but there is huge learning and growth opportunity. People are compensated better in comparision with MNCs and pay structure is good. They believe in keeping the people they have(Depends on Situation though). You won't mind joining this company as you get to learn and at the same time compensation is good. You will be noticed for your efforts in a small team.

Points which they can focus on is: 1. There is no provision to change the projects(Official transition time is big and they want to keep hired employees tagged to the project they hired for) 2.
