Salary on time. Service based company and whatever client project client also good and they appreciate our work but company management will never appreciate our work. Appraisal based on our performance.

Local people doing partiality. Basically outside State people faced this kind of issues. On boarding is not good and not given to training to new joinees.

compensation needs to be relooked at. only if you are leaving ,management will decide to give you compensation at par with industry.but we have a bi annual appraisal which is good

Job Security and compensation are the factors which concerned little bit. Also company needs to work to improve travel opportunity.

The company's work environment is good. The company provides food and transport which makes you feel like you are at home.

The salary is low when compared to the work assigned. The appraisals are too poor. However, the most important thing this organization lacks is the concept of cross trainings. The management starts staring at you if they find you discussing about work from the other team.

It's a good company to settle for a long time.The yearly compensation is way better that other so called Big giant IT companies. Flexible in out timings. Free 4 times food inducing snacks,Lunch,Dinner. The inner infrastructure is much good and comfortable.
