Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Nothing much..positive thing is they give 2 month's notice while termination and pay the salary.

Dislikes

No scope for learning new things,manager chamchas will get onsite opportunities.once you are on bench you have to resign.

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.
