In some teams politics are there managers are biased , they want you to look bad at higher management even you are doing your work also there is No work life balance, No appraisal from last 1.5 years.

...equirements in the same time line as their 5 years experienced person deliver. At the time of joining they will lure you with high salary and with other commitments but once you join , you are not going to get any appraisal for the next 2 years. If you ask any questions on that they will deny by simply saying you already have got the higher salary. Manager will directly deny with any commitments done by HR and will say how HR can make this commitment.

Pathetic work culture Pathetic managers Pathetic indisciplined colleagues with no manners of behaving People here behave and talk like illiterate people and are very indisciplined, the way people behave is very Pathetic as compared to a good international mnc The worst part is there is a manager called Rahul Sharma who micromanage a lot. He is not at all understanding and always pushes his team to come to office even when policy of company allows hybrid.

Extreme micromanagement at ValueFirst. No work-life balance; even on planned leave, upper management expects employees to bring their laptops in case of urgent work. There is no hierarchy in practical life.

Team outings and parties. I had a lower workload and felt less pressure while completing some of my assigned tasks.

Dislikes

My professional growth and learning did not progress. Despite working for a year and a half, I did not receive any salary appraisal. Developers' achievements are often overlooked.
