Earlier when I joined I felt good ..but as the time goes on The Management and the CEO will do partialities with you.

Dislikes

Work Culture, No proper communication especially in English Language. People don't talk in English or behave professionally even while in meetings. Favoritism. Ethics - zero

1. Freedom to choose work 2. Development opportunities 3. Supportive management ; flat heirarchy 4 Employee friendly

1. Resources not fully utilising the opportunities for growth professionally 2. Less focus on marketing of the products

Bosses are good they treat everyone equally and fairly and give respect equally.

Dislikes

Job security is not at all there and you will not expect suddenly they will ask you to resign or say to resign or else will terminate you. Will ask you to work for 18hrs and it doesn't matter its Saturday or Sunday you need to work even in main holidays. They won't treat you well and won't listen to you at all. Even if its not your mistake they won't listen.

Job security is not there, they laid off some of their employees. Work culture is good , but due to pandemic employee were told to work on more than 1 project at a time, company policies are not there.

Dislikes

Lack of vision, no proper management, employees are treated as slave and client as God. They have cliebt first attitude and serve the client even midnight.

Such verst company I ever woked.Zero job security.covid is a great reason they got to lay off employees. Every second day Hr will threaten employee saying we can kick u off any time.
