Only company is big Infrastructure wise only and Salary Paid on timely , apart from this all things are very bad.

... employees but company never to allow/Invite to join with this types of company. One more things i noticed in this company, if you have worked long time in this company then company never appreciate and treat as garbage of this company and later on no salary increased in coming future. In last i want to say that think so may times before joining this company.

I lucky in many type of experience in working. For management is very strong , Our company is md sir shree Manoj agarwal is very helpful for all employees. My idel person is grateful of shree Manoj agarwal ji.

The only thing is you'll like is job security because how much you are dumb and characterless they'll not kick out you you can work till your last breath... Or tum aram se ishaqbazi kr skte ho pura intezam milega.. That's the reason only uneducated people are working there uchi dukan ke feeke pakwan

Nothing to like bro they didn't give you appraisal they didn't give you work life balance they didn't give you leave they didn't give you bonus they didn't give any thing to you because lala company h. In the offer letter they mentioned 15 days notice period but when you resign they will say give us 30 days this our company policies othewise we'll give you salary bhyii offer letter pr to nhi likha tha yeh even they blackmail you that if you'll not give 30 days we'll give negative feedback to your future company. There different policies for each employees. HR is too stupid I don't know kisne bnaya h.. she promised you company will give you this this but at the end they'll give nothing HR is number one gossiper she spread stupid gossip everywhere if you talked with any male colleagues she will attached you with him and spread so much stupid gossip. Office environment is so ghatiya... And one more thing if there's any function or any kind of grand party their own employees was not invited...like seriously there is no respect for you. If you joined you have to work of 100 people by yourself they didn't see how much overloaded work you're doing and the main important thing this is not a company this is couple park where manager and junior doing some stupid stuff with each other and doing so shameless things . They have to terminate that kind of employees no they didn't do even they promote them .. wow...... and the employee who is working like robot they didn't even do nothing for them. Even they said to come on Sunday and work but they didn't give you any penny of amount. please never think to join this company totally worst I suffered here alot. Totally kachra company please infrastructure or badhi company dekhke mt jana andr boht bekr h

I'm full satisfied by worked in this organization. All staff was very good and helpful for me. This organization is really growing retail chain. I hope that this organization will become a biggest organization in india and in whole world.
