Nothing is good neither the management nor managers and HR ... Company name is valuepitch but there is no value for people who works hard .. You will be valued only when u know best chamcha giri. Dont ask for salary increment you will be terminated.

The Simple Mantra over here is 'Keep it as Simple as possible'. Here I got to learn many New Technologies , Explore new Areas of my streangths . Visit Places when required as a tech and Build my own Personality and Communications Skills as well. Working Here I have done big or small approximately 30+ projects and Major Tasks.

Compensation is Moderate and sometimes work pressure is very high being a start up like company sometimes you have to be ready to work on weekends / From home late nights As only one person is involved in a given project at a time there are chances of getting stuck in the middle for longer periods.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
