We get to learn more and try new things in every ETRM Product and has a friendly ecosystem supporting colleagues and gets full experienced with good foster relationship with US,European client and gets a lot of exposure to ETRM Industry

no one knows how they promote people and no support if my previous company has non compete agreement in breaking the policy with the support of the court. struggled a lot.

Dislikes

performance appraisal is not transparent, and no following up, no support, no knowledge from the HR team and no one knows what they do they just insult you. Policies are weak with many loopholes. No HR software or tools are used, experience for the employees is tough. There hybris policy is the worst policy I cam across till now.
