1. In the first month, everything looked perfect 2. Salary was on time. 3. Owner was educated, which we hardly find in Real estate companies.

Work-life balance - Good

...earn things on your own. But things get different when you enter the next month. The policy changes, the salary which was discussed as fixed at the time of the interview is no more fixed. 60% of your salary gets deducted if you don't make a single deal in 15 days which means your take-home salary is only 40%. 2. The owner is much more interested in what is happening inside the company other than the productive things. He has a secret agent which is one of the employees in the company who tells him everything about every employee. 3. The office hygiene is not up to the mark.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
