1. In the first month, everything looked perfect 2. Salary was on time. 3. Owner was educated, which we hardly find in Real estate companies.

Dislikes

1. When time passes the company policy changes abruptly. At the time of the interview, they tell you 3 months will be your probation time and there will be no pressure. In these months, You can learn things on your own. But things get different when you enter the next month. The policy changes , the salary which was discussed as fixed at the time of the interview is no more fixed</mark>. 60% of your salary gets deducted if you don't make a single deal in 15 days which means your take-home salary is only 40%. 2. The owner is much more interested in what is happening inside the company other than the productive things.
