They offer very good salary, but there is no job security, they can ask there employees to resign any time without any reason.

If you have the "WILL" they will help you guide you and make you an expert on your skills. The company gives you exposure to new opportunities and your work is appreciated and recognized.

They don't disclose all the details of the company. Last year they close one of its department because of there contract expires; cause of that was employed work over 500-600 was removed on a day without giving any notice
