You will get hired in a 30% hike in your current salary. But don't get in this trap. You will be hired permanently employment but due to poor management and a Lady Don and her Paltu bootlicker, you have to get out from this company.

Salary - never on time, they says 7gh of every month but it comes 10th, 12th and 15th (yes hopefully salary comes) Reimbursement - 1month, 2 month your travel reimbursement will be late by 1 or 2 months. Time. 9am to 6.30PM (but you have to work till 8 pm) Mon to Sunday (because you have to work on Sunday too) Each employee in Peral omax they follow above guide lines and all are in under pressure. Only Vertical Head and director are enjoying in this company. They have feedback mechanism which they never takes even you write it. Skills needed to survive: if you r a machine and no loves for family the below skills needed to work here: 1. Bootlicker 2. Pressurise your reportees 3. 2 or 3 day you can't take leave if taken salary will be cut and you have to take care of it as manager. 4. Forget your own work, you have to work your vertical head's own work first. 5. Dictatorship quality 6. Dual face personality. 7. Regretless as human 8. If you are kind then this job is not for you. 9 Being human - no, Being machine - Yes.

Late night work and Management is not cooperative for understanding the employee KRA . Work burden is too much unless and until you deliver a Productive work.

I enjoyed working in the company. The employees here are very nice and honest. Everyone works together when there is any problem. If this thing is taken care of in the future, it will be better for everyone. Rest, I got a very good experience of working with everyone all these years. There is no discrimination in the mind of any employee.

The management system here is very bad. Any employee is used for any personal work. Like bringing tiffin from the boss's house. Boss's tambacco and many other things are done. Due to which all the employees are demotivated. All the employees go to office from work. There is no problem in having it for a day or two. But this thing always seems bad to everyone. Because of which many employee jobs were stolen. And there is no increment for any employee in this time. One always has to go and speak to the boss about this thing. And there are many employees who have been employed for many years but the design is always the same. No promotion is named.
