Work environment is good. Culture is good. I love the place personally.

...s or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less. Very frustrated. They are not even considering our efforts for hikes. They are not even converting to internal employee. Lost confidence in working. Lost interest in working here.

...ing environment is absolutely amazing and work life balance is well maintained. Salary and benefits to employees are also good.

Employees need to be recognised for their work individually and considered for upgrade of their position and project development by the Manager not that employee needs to enact on it it’s higher officials to enact.

1.You get to work on new and latest products out there in the market. 2.Learning will be great Enough. 3.If you are truly skilled and problem solver you climb up the ladder pretty easy. 4.Compensation is best in the industry. 5.You'll get benifits and bonuses.

...they will say it's not shortlisted and they contact them directly and hire them. So in this way they will not pay you referral bonus. The best possible way of cheating. This shows how HRs work in the compay. Efforts are from employees finding talent, give them profiles and they simply reject in email/portal and they hire him directly to avoid paying you referral bonus. Being HR they talk a lot about values, policies and loy other stuff. What they are doing here is assigning their talent acquisition task to other fellow employees so that they refer and make their job easy. (This is the worst I have seen in my career.)

I have worked in Valeo for 4 years and 5 months. It was my first company The salary is very good Bonus policies are awesome Hike is excellent

Learnings will be less Once a project is established then if any sub project comes there is no stand alone for this sub project it has to follow the already established project even though the working style is different No work from home for hardware depended projects
