Especially culture in ths tcc is to improve very much. Opportunities should be equal to all. Fevorism for their community people makes others and competent resource to feel not wel. Work culture was very good earlier, and it got transformation post COVID..

Employees need to be recognised for their work individually and considered for upgrade of their position and project development by the Manager not that employee needs to enact on it it’s higher officials to enact.

...they will say it's not shortlisted and they contact them directly and hire them. So in this way they will not pay you referral bonus. The best possible way of cheating. This shows how HRs work in the compay. Efforts are from employees finding talent, give them profiles and they simply reject in email/portal and they hire him directly to avoid paying you referral bonus. Being HR they talk a lot about values, policies and loy other stuff. What they are doing here is assigning their talent acquisition task to other fellow employees so that they refer and make their job easy. (This is the worst I have seen in my career.)

Dislikes

...nagers. Work pressure is more. If they don't have project they will not pay you. Billing basis Salary System.Management want only the billing if the work is different then your profile.Worst Company.

If you work enthusiastically, you will be given better work and more salary(though within the slab). WLB is generally good (but it depends on your manager) Learning in some teams is excellent (but very few exist)

If your team follows ASPICE strictly, your work will be overburdened with processes. Processes are not mature yet. Adding to the problem. Freshers are used as Unit testing machines. Not the best pay in the market.
