Talking about Mechanical,- Uncertain layoff , team switching, no growth & politics in some team due to incompetent managers to secure their job. One such team I have worked and unemployed for months.
Employees need to be recognised for their work individually and considered for upgrade of their position and project development by the Manager not that employee needs to enact on it it’s higher officials to enact.
For mechanical work is no research and development activities or product design developments. Similar to service industry where the design lead will be in onsite and communicate work instructions you simply doing that's it. No platform to feel product ownership in chennai site.

This shows how HRs work in the compay. Efforts are from employees finding talent, give them profiles and they simply reject in email/portal and they hire him directly to avoid paying you referral bonus.
Being HR they talk a lot about values, policies and loy other stuff. What they are doing here is assigning their talent acquisition task to other fellow employees so that they refer and make their job easy.
